As a new mom in Las Vegas, this rower is exactly what I needed. It’s too hot here to work out outside most months, and honestly, I don’t have time to leave the house with a baby. Nordic Track RW 300 rower-Solid Choice!

I have done cross fit in the past, and would use the rower before a HIT workout, but it has been awhile. I recently received this Nordic Track and I have really enjoyed the IFIT workout series! I have been really impressed by this rower with how it works and I really like the sleek look of it. My previous rower finally gave out and I got this one. The last rower I had was collapsible so I was initially worried about spatial constraints. Those fears were quickly dashed away.
