Installers put it together wrong
This is a follow up to a review I left a little while back, I bought this machine about seven month ago and have been going back and forth with Ifit trying to get this repaired, Seven months later, it laying on my floor disassembled. A brand new machine, now I was told the parts that I need is back ordered till November 1st. I ask for a new machine and was told no, because a major part hasn't been replace. Hopefully someone can resolve this

Keep your gym membership
I wanted to buy an exercise machine, not be bombarded with spam emails and phone calls to buy their fitness subscription. Big pain to override the display to work in manual mode. Hugely disappointed.

Great elliptical with many options. The incline and resistance adjustments allow me to control the intensity and focus of my workouts. Sturdy, stable unit. Well worth the investment! Perfect addition to my home gym.

Elliptical Nordictrac
Everything about this machine is wonderful. However scanning the QR code and “it will walk you through the whole setup”is not accurate. Once you scan the code there are not many options to choose from. You also can not reach a person by phone to help you. Honestly I don’t know how we finally got it to work but we did.

Hardware is great, software not bad
The software has a pretty significant lag and finding a workout on the machine is difficult- you have to use the app. Otherwise- I love that I can hop on with no shoes because the pedals are padded. The fan is nice and I have no complaints about the hardware at all. I would absolutely recommend.

My Gift to Me
I absolutely love my NordicTrack. I have always felt guilty spending money on myself, and have purchased cheaper ellipticals before, only to be disappointed and not use them.
