A stable anchor for a pipe stand.

I use this to make a stand from an old iron pipe. I needed to hold some duct tubing off the floor for a dust collection system. I screwed this to a three-quarter inch plywood plank and then screwed the pipe into it. This is quite stable and it looks like it should last.

bought the wrong size product, tried to return Still in package unopened and swap for correct size $18. Was told no returns on flanges. For any product that is not returnable it should say that on the package BEFORE purchase. I guess Lowes will not get my business any longer, all over $18 Customer no service.
