Let's start with the fact that you need the kit to connect this to a large propane tank to refill it! Once refilled, this works incredibly well as a direct replacement to all the small propane tanks you usually buy. I've used this numerous times with camping stones, small heaters, and even a propane torch and this had worked perfectly! Allows me to save money and refill easily from the bigger propane tanks! DOT-approved refillable cylinder
This refillable cylinder works with the Fuel Keg refill kit to allow refills from a larger 5 lb propane cylinder, really cutting down on the per-cylinder cost. The refill process is straightforward if you follow the instructions that come with the adapter (sold separately). Be sure you're outside when you do the refills! The pressure relief valve is an essential safety feature and pretty satisfying to watch when refilling.

Love how simple this product is to use, it directly screws on with the included handle makes it simple to fill up the can with your 20lb can. I love being able to use the small 1lb can to start fires and its much more covenient. Took only 1 minute to fill it completely up with hus holding the handle, so awesome.
