I awoke this afternoon sleepy and in need of a cup of Joe. To my dismay my old and much used 4 cup Mr Coffee was broke. I shed a tear threw some cold water on my face then put on my cleanest dirtiest shirt I owned. I rumbled through a stack of papers and found what i was looking for a old out of date 20% Coupon for BB&B which by the way never expire. I ran over to BB&B in Downtown Jersey City and they stopped carrying the 4 cup Mr Coffee model.I looked at a few other types of coffee makers such ...

Great Little Machine!!
I have had this little machine for 4 years now. I use it about 3-5 days per week. It still brews coffee that tastes great and comes out at the proper serving temperature, hot but not burning your mouth. When you pour into a ceramic mug and add a little cream the temperature is perfect to drink right away. If you put the coffee into a stainless steel insulated mug, you will have too wait awhile before it cools down to drinking temperature. I used to preheat my insulated travel mugs but no more if...

Bring back the old shaped pot
I have always had Mr. Coffee Makers the small 4 cup manual type. My last one the heat plate finally stopped working after years of service. I went to purchase a new one and the style had changed. I thought it looked "cute," but cute isn't functional. You can not get your hand into the pot to clean it and it drips when you pour the coffee. The other issue is how the pot pushes the top of the grounds holder and when you pull out the pot it drips all over the heat plate, this must be wiped bef...

Great little coffee maker!
Ive had this over a year now. Had a 12 cup maker in my office on my desk and wanted a smaller coffee maker which would take up less space. This was perfect! I actually ended up giving away my large coffee maker to a friend and kept this one as it's great to make a fast, fresh cup when I need to over having a cup of stale coffee. I also have actually traveled with this several times when I wont have access to a kitchen to boil water for the 2 cup French press I normally pack; carafe in my pu...

lovely but not elegant
I had mine for almost 2 years & it was great. ..it still works as good as ever, but the heat plate had stained & bubbled from an overheating accident my ex boyfriend had... note...boyfriend gone but coffeemaker still performing beautifully. Lol! My only wish is that they made a high end version with a more attractive finish than the inexpensive plastic. Just because you want a smaller model doesn't mean that you can't afford a higher end product... I'd pay a little more for a version that looked...

Disappointed
I bought this coffee maker less than a year ago . This second I bought in past 2 years . They both only work for a year . The first one had power problem and the light actually spark and shot off . I had for about years even though I had a problem I decided to buy another because I like the way coffee taste. The second one just stop working no power .I'm really disappointed I just do know what to do . I really lost faith in your products and I wouldn't remmend this coffee marker to anyone . I th...

makes a good cup of coffee
This machine makes a good cup of coffee, up to 4 cups, actually. I bought this several months ago, replacing one of another brand because I didn't think that other brand's brewer was making good coffee. While I wish the brewer was a little more compact, taking up less room on my counter, it isn't hugely big, I just don't have much counter space. It has an old-fashioned look. Adding water is easy. The coffee doesn't drip onto my counter when I pour it out, unlike my previous brewer. The first tim...

Great little coffe pot!
This was a replacement for the previous model, which I had owned for years. It is the perfect size for one person! The only thing I don't like about it: There is a hole in the back at the top of the water container which my old model did not have. If I put more than exactly 4 cups of water (measured by the accompanying carafe) in, it spills out the back of the coffee pot and runs all over my countertop. Word of caution!! Measure the water carefully or you'll have a big mess to clean up! Other th...

Disappointed
I bought this to replace the old 4-cup Mr Coffee we had . This new one has very similar design (which I very much like) but the pot and lid design not so much. I find I must open the lid to pour otherwise the coffee spills NOT POUR out of the spout making a huge mess. Also, while holding the lid open the steam from the hot coffee is directed onto my hand. OUCH. In my opinion the pour spout should be larger like the original 4-cup Mr Coffee pot that we had to replace.

Less is More
I've owned several Mr. Coffee coffee makers. It's simple, and it's the only four-cup coffee maker I know of, and it still comes in WHITE! And I have my own timer, so I just hook it up, and I don't even have to worry about programming it. They last for a few years, work great, then they're ready to be replaced, but they are so inexpensive, it's not an issue. I just wish that the four-cup white models were still available in stores. But ordering it online was no big deal. So I'm set for anot...
