Can break very easily
We've gone through THREE shower handles so far. The internal plastic sleeve that fits over the cartridge valve keeps cracking into small pieces, leaving the water "on" and no way to shut it off until you pop the decorative cap off and use the screw to turn the water off. Now, our cartridge may be too tight, which is why the plastic cracks, but I've had to resort to reinforcing the plastic internal sleeve with polymer cement. Moen needs to strengthen the plastic in this product.

Junk
Moen are over priced junk that doesn’t last no time. It’s nearly impossible to find replacement parts. If you buy Moen get two, you’ll need a spare.
