Smaller than the regular sized mop and bucket wringer, perfect for the space I have available.

More junk from Lowes.

Poorly made, thin and does not hold 5 gallons as advertised. Cheap.

Online product and customer service unacceptable

The product was not delivered with all parts as depicted on website. Initially I thought the mop may have come as a separate item, however, after checking with the Lowe's customer service via telephone, I was told there was no missing package there. It was then suggested that I contact the vendor directly . Getting the vendor name, Po # and telephone number was like pulling teeth. Did not receive Mop

Was expecting to receive and Mop and Bucket Combo but only received bucket. Bucket seems to be of good quality (have not used it yet). Product description is misleading.

you will not receive a mop when ordering this

The product advertised includes both bucket *and* mop. The product received DID NOT include a mop. Lowes personnel indicated that would contact the vendor and get back to me. I have received no communication. Note, box from vendor indicated 1 of 1, bucket only. product is falsely advertised as shipped/received.

Don’t come with no mop picture show mop and bucket

I didn’t want to rate it a 1 star but had to put something for it to go thur didn’t like it for the fact that it said mop and bucket combo it didn’t come with no mop I send it back thinking they forgot the mop reorder it came back and still no mop that is false advertising to get people to buy it

Missing item with combo

Didn’t receive the mop with this combo. Manufactured or customer service won’t complete the order by sending me the mop.
