The DH26PF 1-in SDS Plus Rotary Hammer offers the end-user 3-modes of operation. It covers multiple jobsite needs from drilling, chipping and hammer drilling into concrete, brick or stone with ease. It delivers a top of class drilling speed with higher amps, greater capacity, larger change lever, double overlay side and trigger handles and improved internal mechanics compared to the previous model. The DH26PF is the ideal tool for plumbing and conduit installation, HVAC and pest control installation, electrical installation, construction and repair work and other civil engineering applications.

SPEED BUTTON: Lock-one speed button for continuous operation, reduces user fatigue
MOTOR: 7.5 Amp motor that produces 2.4 ft/lbs of impact energy
VARIABLE SPEED: Control RPMs of between 0-1,110 and 0-780 in reverse
MODES: 3-modes of operation; chiseling, hammer drill, and drilling
LIGHTWEIGHT: Lightweight at only 6.7lbs and compact for better maneuverability
HAMMERING: 0-4,300 full-load impact rate delivers forcible hammering
SPEED CONTROL: Electronic variable speed control gives the tool a no-load RPM of between 0-1,110 and 0-780 in reverse
MODE SELECTOR: Larger side mounted mode selector dial makes transitioning between modes simple and efficient, even when wearing gloves
BIT REPLACEMENT: One-push bit mounting makes changing out bits quick and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for new and old concrete, mostly for 1/2 to 5/8 inch holes, also great with chisels. As quiet as a rotary hammer can be and plenty of power, wouldn't hesitate to purchase again for everyday use. The great quality I've come to expect from Metabo HPT.

Out of all the hammers I have used this hammer outperforms any other hammer in its class. Reduced vibration and strength per hit are better than expected for this size of hammer. Battery life is exceptional.

I’ve had this tool for about a year now. Well, I’m in my second now. I used it in a pinch for some foundation demo, to create a large crawl space. That amount of chipping was pretty hard, add in the (8) 5/8” Titens I had to drill for, and I broke the first one. The second one has been great. Light, powerful and of course, portable. Drilling 5/8” holes for hold downs all over a 6000 foot house has never been easier
