This 30 series torque converter kit replaces a worn drive and driven clutch on a 2 to 8 HP small engine, pairing a 3/4 in bore drive wheel with a 5/8 in bore driven wheel and a 10T gear, working to 2000 RPM with engagement below 1400 RPM, using asymmetric sheave profiles and a wide high-tooth rubber belt for firm torque transfer, all cast in iron and zinc alloy under a rust-resistant coating.

30 Series 3/4 in Bore Kit: The drive wheel takes a 3/4 in crankshaft and the driven wheel a 5/8 in jackshaft so the pair drops onto a 30 series setup as a matched replacement
Rated for 2 to 8 HP Engines: Engagement starts below 1400 RPM and the set works to 2000 RPM which suits go-karts mini bikes ATVs UTVs lawn mowers and portable generators
Asymmetric Sheave Geometry: Offsetting the drive and driven sheave profiles raises torque transfer through the shift so the engine pulls away cleanly and settles back to idle without dragging
High-Tooth Count Rubber Belt: A widened high-tensile rubber belt with deeper and more numerous teeth grips both sheaves through the full ratio sweep so it resists slip wear and breakage
Iron and Zinc Alloy Wheels: Both wheels are cast in iron and zinc alloy under a rust-resistant coating that sheds heat during long runs and shrugs off oil and rain at 12.2 lb per kit
