Fast Delivery
Fast delivery was nice. The evaporative window mount swamp cooler did not work. I thought Lowe's had a professional that would come over and fix it. So they don't install that particular product, just washer and dryer and refrigerator and stove ovens. Lowe's did come by and get the product. Warranty new product was sent by manufacturer to replace faulty cooler. Warranty working fine.

Great customer service
Unfortunately i was unable to use to product due to a broken motor bracket. They dont make the broken part anymore but customer service is replacing the unit with a different model since the mcp12 is no longer in production.

the cooleris the right size, but it is really built cheap.

Do NOT buy this cooler
I am on my third cooler replaced under warranty. Every cooler has failed in less than a month. If I can save one person from buying this defective product, my job is done. If I could give zero stars, I would.
