Unit shutting down

Worked fine for the first 14 months (except over the winter 4 months) then quit working. Customer service was no help as it is out of warranty and acted like i was not worth talking to. Asked about parts and was told none available. Started to rewire unit to bypass punch pad and found 1 wire corroded in the connector. Bypassed wire and so far 14 hours no issues.

Master Cool

I would not recommend this piece of garbage to anybody. I bought 2 of them in June and by August they both went out. The worst purchase ever. I called the comprando was told they no longer have any so I asked for a refund for both of them and supposedly I should be getting 2 different ones delivered this week. Let’s see how that goes!!

Horrible Product

I am on my second MCP12 Evaporative Cooler. First one lasted less than a month after I installed it. The main circuit board blew out. No circuit boards available so the company sent me a new cooler. TEN DAYS LATER. A week after I installed that unit, now the pump has stopped working. Called the company and they said they no longer have parts for these units and would send me a different model. Total Junk

This item is pure junk, and I hope NO one buys it. First few days the pump stopped, while this was going on right away it started spewing water out the front it's the design of the unit it will do this. NOW the pump froze up purchased in June 2026 Pure Junk

Out with the old in with the new

We purchased this product due to our old swamp cooler motor breaking and no parts are available so we began our research and came across this product. Installing and putting the new swamp cooler together was very simple however the screws go into plastic heightening the chance of stripping the screws. Beware do not purchase

This cooler is the cheapest, worst ,non-cooling machine I have ever purchased. The product describes it can cool up to 1,000 square feet; my place is 900 and it does not! I read a few reviews before I purchased and one person said it looked like Aquaman in the place where the water is stored, that's an understatement. Fantastic product shipping sucks

I absolutely love my swamp cooler probably the best swamp cool I’ve ever had one thing. I don’t have to worry about it rusting out is made of plastic! Like I said I would give the product a 10 but I gave you guys a five because you wouldn’t let me give you any more than that shipping cost was $79 ridiculous but as far as I say the product fantastic love it

Worth the price

It is fairly light weight, and therefore relatively easy to install. It is powerful enough to cool a few rooms and also cost less than the roof-top models. The only drawback is that the pads are very expensive, and with such hard water that we have here, they will not last as long as the manufacturer thinks they will.

It worked for little than a month.

The support from their store is useless. The store doesn't even have the pump on what we need. The pump is so niche to find. Also my sister got shocked from touching the water.

Bad batch?

So if you buy through Lowe's and it has a year warranty you can not return this to Lowe's . You have 24:hours to return it to Lowe's if unused. Mine stopped working 2 and a half months later. The warranty from mastercool is sending a replacement. The digital brain stopped turning on making the unit useless. It cooled very well while it worked. The next model is a couple hundred more. The pump motor kinda look like Aquaman equipment.
