IVE HAD MY GOLF CART FOR A YEAR NOW AND AFTER 40 MILES DRIVEN / 4 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP ITS BEEN IN THE SHOP WAITING ON PARTS FOR 6 MONTHS NOW! THERE SHOULD BE A LEMON LAW FOR THIS SORT OF CRAP.

Caught on fire with less than 35 miles ridden

We purchased the golf cart brand new. We noticed that there was a slight burning smell when we first started using it but figured it was maybe from breaking it in. I purchased a Massimo golf cart from Lowe’s in February 2023. It was supposed to be delivered to my home…nope…had to drive it home on a busy street from nearest Lowe’s. That was minor compared to issues afterwards. The dash was scratched/gouged and seats were improperly upholstered with cheap vinyl. Massimo - Don't purchase one All the negative issues you read about Massimo on the internet are true. I purchased a Massimo golf cart and during the first ride had problems. Multiple attempts were made to Massimo, to speak to or receive a return call from anyone, without success. The biggest issue however was the refusal by Massimo to provide warranty work or help locate a service center for me. The back tires would scrape the plastic fender and cart frame when turning causing a burning plastic...
