Double Dipped!!
So, I gave this a 1 star due to the fact that I have been billed twice for the product initially on May 18, 2026 then again on June 17, 2026. I like the product and it looks great in my space. Lowes just needs to make it right with me and issue a credit for the double charge.

Good quality door for the price. Installation was straightforward, and the frame was straight with no warping. It’s lightweight since it’s a hollow core, but that’s expected and perfectly fine for interior use. The surface comes primed and takes paint well without any issues. On the downside, sound insulation is average, and you need to handle it carefully during installation to avoid damage

Just know that the quality isn’t the best.
Price was a great selling point for this item, shipping was a little longer than I’d like. Unfortunately, the hinge mortises were barely seated and needed to be rerouted. Als the magnets that were pre-bored were busted on one door. I’d still likely buy again due to cost but time savings isn’t really there.

Doors are prehung but not aligned with each other!
Doors are not aligned with each other and are askew! My handyman has to correct the issue before installing the door!!
