Damaged

I think they delivered damage product from another review mine looks exactly the same. Make sure you look at package as soon as delivered as our project is now delayed.😫

Risky

I ordered this very skeptically due to the reviews. I will have to agree with others that the packaging is woefully inadequate. I can't figure out why this has not been addressed. There is clearly an issue with the item arriving damaged. With that said, my vanity arrived in one piece. There were some chips and cracks. It's not the highest quality item, but for the price you really are hard pressed to find anything better. (So long as it's not broken in half...) The bowl clips come scattered in t...

horrible vanity cover

Opened the box and was completely busted in two! don't waste your time or money i should have read reviews before purchasing, website won't let me post pictures but I have them

poor quality

waited 3wks and received it busted in two pieces, no packing to sustain the marble, so disappointed, don't waste your time or money. no wonder is was so inexpensive, really wanted this to work for our bathroom. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. it's going back today. the link won't let me upload pictures but I have them

Arrived broken

Waited for 3 weeks to receive the item only for it to arrive broken in multiple pieces. The packaging was so poor that the whole counter was just moving around loosely in the box. I would definitely recommend buying in person if possible or going with a different vendor.

Damaged During Shipping, Twice!

Aesthetically pleasing marble vanity top to replace the Allen + Roth bathroom vanity that had a crack in the porcelain bowl. A&R were incredibly unhelpful with the original vanity (that we only had for 11 months in the house), and they instructed us to go down the route of replacing the vanity top. The first one of these replacement tops we had delivered to the house was chipped and damaged. So I returned it to my local Lowe's and waited for a replacement and set it to in-store pickup. Well, g...

Poor Quality

Second try - both times, the counter is scratched on top. The back is cut with many chips (barely covered by the backsplash. Chip on the side edge. The sink mounting is done improperly. Poor craftmanship.

Don’t bother

Shipped to store. Cracked in 2 spots. Don’t know why Lowe’s even bothers shipping things like this when they don’t take the time to secure the product. Imagine all the waste.
