What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the convincing faux-tile appearance, clean lines, and easy installation with pre-drilled holes and clear instructions. Many highlight the modern aesthetic and durability of the surface. However, a significant group criticizes the shelf's intrusive design, which reduces shower space by approximately four inches and angles inward uncomfortably. Several report yellowing, chipped corners, and cracks after a few years, contradicting durability claims. Some mention installation complications in remodels. Overall, most customers appreciate the visual transformation despite concerns about spatial efficiency and long-term quality consistency.

Looks great

I had my plumber install this a month ago. It looks good. It was almost a fail because when the box was unwrapped there was damage to one of the corners but my plumber was able to make it work. Love the seamless look and finish.

Beautiful surround especially with tile inset

Would Recommend

We installed this surround and are very happy with it. It’s easy to clean! The inset provides a nice shelf for shampoos and soaps. We tiled it and love the look-was easy to install a tile mosaic.

Lower wall is designed poorly

Would Not Recommend

I didn't understand as I read other reviews, but now that I've purchased this product I can see what they meant: you can't really see it in any of the pictures, but the product is DESIGNED to have the lower half of the back wall (under the shelf) to be crooked. I don't know what the thinking behind it was, all I know is it looks BAD and WRONG. I've literally had multiple fights with my husband and my contractor about the installation, because I couldn't believe that a company would manufacture a...

Convenient product

Would Recommend

I enjoyed this particular product, however, I would recommend using non-pan handle screws with a drywall surround so it sits flush. I followed the manufactures instruction on the type of screw and my drywall did not sit flush so I had to purchase different screws, but otherwise easy to work with and install.
