These things are wonderful. I haven't baked anything on them yet, but I'll always put one on the bottom of the stove or on a rack below something that I know will make a mess in the oven. Like a leaky spring form pan.

Beats tinfoil any day
I never knew what I was missing until I tried these. I absolutely hate cleaning the grill. Usually when I'm finished cooking, I let the majority burn off and then have my husband deal with it. I was previously using tinfoil but these are so much easier, you just place them on the grill and put your food on top. Then when you're done, just rinse them in the sink. Great for grilling fish
These fit great on my Z-grills smoker. I’ve used the same pad for about 6 cooks. I’ve only used these for fish, but these allow me to cook fish on the grill without sticking to the grates. Highly recommend for fish.
