I have seen several bad reviews of this product. I find very unfair to the product and company. It clearly says to mix dry grout due to settling of pigment over time. Not doing so can cause inconsistent results. Some of the grout colors do dry lighter. I found this to be the case with the ultra color plus FA all in one. We used Sahara Beige. Color does not match sample picture.

I'm no stranger to tile work, I learned from, and worked with a pro who had been in the business for 30 years so I have a good knowledge of what I'm doing. I used both the sanded and unsanded Mocha grout in my kitchen, sanded on the floor and unsanded on the backsplash. Grout

If you have light and dark areas it is not the fault of the product. the light areas are lack of water in the grout when spreading it. all you have to do is wet the light areas with a little white vinegar and take a stiff brush and gently brush off the top layer of sandy grout. then rinse of the vinegar and it will dry the darker color you are looking for.

terrible, do no use this grout

Using this grout for my Saltillo tile floor. It says on the bag that it is suitable for Saltillo tile. The grout is not mocha colored. It turns variations of gray/white after drying. Yes, I followed the instructions on mixing and application to the letter. I even used distilled water to eliminate the possibility of minerals. All with no success. I'm now stuck with having to paint the grout to get any type of consistent color. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I'm very sorry I did.

Color inconsistency

applied my 1st bag in 3 different batches and they all turned out light beige and it was supposed to be dark brown. My 2nd bag first batch turned out dark brown. Now I have a kitchen with 2 different colors so I removed all the grout from the first bag over several hours. This Grout Is TERRIBLE

I've never written a negative review and I've never been so upset in my whole life. We covered our 2400 square foot home in wood look tile - got it done professionally - and were so excited for the grout color we chose because it matched our tile perfectly. this is a white grout, not brown or grey

For the love of all that is good- do not buy this product! Lowes will not back this product when it comes out white and you have to take out all the grout between your beautifully laid tiles. They will not buy you a grout removing tool and the tile guy in the department will tell you "too bad". He'll tell you you should have tested out the product first- even though the only reason you should need to test the product first is so it doesn't mess up your tile, not to make sure the color is right. ...

Inconsistent Color

Tile was installed by an individual with years of experience and they have yet to run into this.... Grout looked great night one immediately after install but by days 2-3 once dry the color was very inconsistent and the darker gray color as advertised is now light gray in most areas. If only Lowe's had product reviews on the shelves before you buy this product I would have done things differently.
