Really Thick
I’d give this door weather strip about a 4 out of 5 stars. Once it’s in place, it does a solid job of sealing out drafts and improving insulation, which is exactly what you want from a product like this. You can definitely notice the difference in temperature control and reduced airflow. That said, the installation process is more difficult than it should be. The material is quite stiff, and getting it aligned properly along the door frame takes patience and some trial and error. It’s not exact...

Perfect for torn or damaged door weatherstripping.
Fit perfect in the door jamb, sealed up the broken weatherstripping my daughter's dog tore up and has held up better. It did make a tighter seal which required pushing the door in a bit to lock the deadbolt.
