Would Recommend

I was nervous about this purchase based on the other reviews, but so far, it's working so well, I'm considering buying 2 more to replace all of the thermostats in my house. I installed it myself (58 YO female) and while properly identifying the wires was a little tricky (no C wire, so had to also install power bridge), as soon as I got tech support on the phone, they were great and would have walked me through every step, if needed. The value for a thermostat AND power bridge is outstanding and...

Wireless Will Not Connect

Would Not Recommend

Installation was easy enough. I did get it initially set up. After a few months wi-fi would not connect. Performed a reset. Still could not connect. Spent last month of winter manually changing temps. Now that winter is coming around I need to replace. Chek youtube or forums online and this is a common problem. Will buy from another store. How can you sell this junk.

Had 2 installed for radiant flooring. the dial configuration was extremely confusing to work. the wifi never worked so I gave up on that part. the kicker was the display started to malfunction after 6 months. I had the Lux 9600TS and never had a problem. going back to those

I had this thermostat installed by a professional. Caused $300 in damage to HVAC system. Destroyed 2 transformers. Tech finally installed larger transformer and then KONO would not function correctly. returning to store.
