The screen is not Easy to read

The Thermostat was easy to install and looks good. The problem is that the screen does not look as good as the photo. The black numbers, etc, are not very bold and not as easy to read as they should be. We wanted it because of the big screen and easy to read number for an older person in the home. Instead it is harder to read than others we have even after it lights up in the background

This thermostat has a nice display but it is junk. The thermostat displays low battery even though new batteries were installed and a quick internet search reveals this to be a major problem for Lux thermostats.

Easy setup and installation this replaces my old one I had for 23 years. Programmed for 7days and 3 different times a day for our convenience. Works like a charm no problems at all.

I think this product is great if you are looking to improve on what you currently have. Very easy to operate. Somewhat easy to install. It may take more time than the advertised 15mins to install. My install was about twice that long, but I had a couple extra steps to take. Although the programming part is somewhat easy, its very tedious. No 2-3 step processes. Multi-step programming. I'm happy with it.
