This is incredibly simple to setup and use. There aren’t printed instructions, but the QR code works. We’re using this for outdoor lights, but plan to add a few more hook ups for other things too.
Control from your phone
We have alot of powered items that weather or convenience can affect. I got this thinking the ability to use an app to turn on the holiday lights or lawn inflatables would be great. We put lights on the gutters, have inflatables and lazers that come out from easter to new years. This lets me set up schedules and or have the power to operate from my phone. Less going out in the weater or leaving them on all day because i forget to unplug them.
Casete White hub.
Since we were out of town we couldn't use it to write a review as of now. But reading the features on the box we are sure it will be of great use. It will take couple weeks to evaluate.
Caseta smart hub automation
The Caseta smart hub pairs with the Lutron app to provide connectivity to multiple Lutron smart devices. It will also integrate with many other smart devices to enhance the user experience and expand the home automation possibilities. The system is very easy to setup and get online quickly. Linking of devices are also simple to connect and configure.
Lutron Smart Bridge
I set this up per instructions. So easy, just plugged Ethernet cable into the router and plugged the power cord into outlet. You need to use the Lutron products to pair with the system. I wish I had known this earlier but I do have one wireless plug to use with it. You set the app up on your phone and you can turn lights on and off, or set times for it to trigger your light.
Caseta Smart Hub to Control Multiple Smart Devices
This smart hub, also called a Smart Bridge, is used to control multiple smart devices such as lights, window shades, HVAC systems, music, etc. Fairly simple and straight forward installation by connecting the hub to your wifi router, download the “Lutron” app to your phone or tablet and then scheduled and control your devices.
Easy Smart Hub setup
The smart hub is easy to use and integrated with my Google Home. I was able to control my lights. So far it has been reliable and the performance stable.
Caseta Smart Home Hub
I downloaded the app and set up the hub today. Setup is guided through pretty easily. The hub plugs directly into your router and power cord to wall outlet. I am still experimenting with connecting existing light bulbs and plan on purchasing wired Lutron dimmer switches to use with the hub.
Super high quality smart-bridge by Caseta!
Super pleased with this Caseta Smart Bridge! This little box is a game changer for me. Installation was simple and straight forward with great paper and online tutorials. Download the easy to use app on your phone or tablet and follow the prompts. This has allowed me to set up with my Alexa and now I can control the lights in my shop over 100 feet away from my house. So convenient in the event of forgetting to turn the lights off after dark. Very convenient and highly recommended product! The sm...
Good average product
It works well but in my experience, it’s very average. I find the same features of scheduling times to come on and off on other platforms. One cool thing looks to be the blinds I would love to try them out. The system is easy to operate and add devices.
