I bought my LOCO turkey fryer kit two year ago and fried two wonderful turkeys, had a crawfish broil and fried fish at the lake. I clean it thoroughly before covering it. 2 this past thanksgiving, the dang temp control kept shutting off the fryer every five minutes. I had to trash the whole turkey because after 3 hours it still wouldn't stay lit. their website was not very helpful. Ill buy a different stand this year and use the pot and utensils from this kit- those are fine and work well.
Wouldn't stay on
The fryer worked well for 4 uses. The product unfortunately stopped staying lit, unless we held down the ignition switch. Nothing worse than pulling out a fryer, being ready to use it, and it not working appropriately.

A Must Have!
I recently got my LoCo 30qt Turkey Fryer and im obsessed with it! I’ll be hosting Thanksgiving this year and did my first trial run. An absokute success! Couldn’t recommend this or any other LoCo product more!
Junk
I have been able to use the fryer only a handful of times because it will not stay lit. Contacted Loco they sent me 2 star washers to install behind flame sensor. Not sure why they didn't include them from the beginning but maybe trying to save 25 cents. Washers helped for another 2 frys then same issue. Tried to contact Loco for a solution and no response. Don't buy this junk there are other fryers reasonably priced that have the same ignition feature but have a guard around the flame.

Would be great, if it stayed on
I am very disappointed in this turkey fryer. My husband used this two times before it broke. We fried a turkey on Thanksgiving, and some food with the leftover oil a few days later. We had absolutely no issues and were very pleased with this fryer. In fact, we were so happy with the way the turkey came out that we decided to deep fry another turkey for Christmas dinner. Delicious Turkey
Great product. I was able to fit 18 lb turkey, but it did push the pot to the limit. I had alot of splash that resulted from the size of the turkey. It helped when I spatchcocked the second turkey. The pot may be slightly larger than the burner. It ended up with a few indents on the pot from the holders that were on the burner.
