Nice LED drop ceiling lights. One was damaged!!!

Product works well however one of the 4 lights I bought was damaged after my contractor opened the box and installed it in my basement drop ceiling. The light had a 10 inch crack in the LED panel. I went through all the boxes of these lights @ Lowes to try and find 4 that were in relatively decent shape.

Panels do not have a built in dimmer switch

I took a chance on these because they were on a pretty good sale. When I picked them up a couple of the boxes were damaged and the corners on a couple of the lights were also bent. First thing I noticed was they don’t actually have the external dimmer switch that Lowes has pictured which was part of why I bought them. After a while of having them installed I have noticed an intermittent slight flicker but not sure if this is an issue with the lights or my house’s wiring. Overall I might have ret...
