A quarter of the fixture doesn’t turn on. It isn’t worth the time or mileage to go all the way back to the store to return it. Sad that this company has pushed the QC portion of its manufacturing on to the consumer 😕
Works well once installed, but has issues
On the bright side (pun intended), the light fixture works well and illuminates our pantry much better than the old fluorescent fixture. Regarding the “other issues”: 1. The box contains no instructions. The buyer must access a web page for instructions. Why? To save the cost and weight of a piece of paper? 2. There are extra wires, with connectors that don’t attach to anything, protruding from the ballast. These wires are not shown or addressed in the instructions. I assume they are for...
