Great Product I Bought for an Odd Reason

Like all Legrand products, this is well made and solid. But the only reason I bought THIS Cat5/F cable plate was that it had the cable keystone…and this model cost less than the single keystone product that had a cable keystone. Also there were no packages of cable keystones, single or multiple. Anyway, it’s a good product and I’ll definitely find a use for the Cat5 keystone and the plate itself.

Data and cable combo

This item is both convenient and easy to install. It is great for smart tv locations where you want to have a hardwire connection for maximum bandwidth. It is also a good match to Decora style receptacles and switches. Upgrade your house with these and impress your friends. I am not sure of color options.

After 2 tries-finally got it right

These replaced RJ-11/Coax combo. (Who needs wall jacks for phones these days.) I didn't understand which wiring diagram to follow. Looking at existing ethernet plugs confused the issue. I finally realized that I needed to follow T-568B on both these wall jacks and the plugs, even though it is the second one listed, and both are 'standard'.

cable jack faulty

I installed this and the coaxial jack would not work. I bypassed the cable jack to check my cables using an extra splitter than I had and everything worked fine, so I know the issue is with the coaxial connection on this device. I am not sure if the ethernet port functioned - I just took the jack off the wall to return to the store and hopefully I can find another brand that will actually function.
