It's was an okay purchase
We bought this dishwasher to replace our 15 year old Bosch dishwasher. We chose this one because we wanted a white one with the controls in the front of the machine. It is not as quiet as our old one and doesn't seem to get the dishes quite as clean. I like the 3rd rack for the flatware. It does dry well without the extra moisture that usually accumulates.

Dont' waste your money
I usually never write a review but I wanted to warn people know this dishwasher is not worth your money. it doesn't get your dishes clean even after rinsing them and it doesn't get them dry after putting them on high temp. LG appliances I usually would recommend but not this one.
It doesn’t dry the dishes . Even with jet dry finish in it , all the dishes get water on top and get some condensation . It’s very quiet and I like the moving down tray for bigger pots , and the extra tray on the top for small little things . But with this big drying problem I would not refer to a friend !

Lowe's Financial department failure to refund
Originally we had ordered a Bosch and it took over a month to arrive, and when it arrived it had a giant dent in the back which could cause a potential leak. A terrific salesperson at the Lowe's in Nampa, named Cindy, was able to arrange an exchange and had an LG dishwasher sent to me within the week.
