Bad service
Lowe’s delivered the wrong ice maker so it could not be installed! They are shipping me the correct ice maker but are telling me they will not install it, even though I PAID for the first one to be installed. I have purchased my LAST item from Lowe’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t buy this product if you use a lot of ice.
The first icemaker we purchased was installed and did not work. A second icemaker was delivered and installed and in the first three days did not make enough ice for two glasses. We are very disappointed in this product.

Wrong model on website and from Lowe's employee
Ordered the LG LT18S2100W fridge and the Lowe's employee and the Lowe's website said the LK60C ice-maker would fit. After receiving the item 3 days late, we then confirmed Lowe's website and the employee had the wrong item listed and does NOT fit. Returning this and will purchase the LK50C. So, the LK50C is the correct ice-maker for LG fridge model LT18S2100W
