Touch screen lasted about a week.
Screen stopped working an about 1 week If I very lightly touch the keypad I can sometimes get it to work. If you tap with normal pressure it seems to start the keycode entry all over again. Where you have to press 2 random keys again. Did a factory reset and still doing the same. Made it hard to add another user code. Keypad is unusable.

This is Z wave and works with my Vivint alarm
This is so convenient and the keypad works so well. It works with Alexa and my Vivint alarm. The keypad is sleek and looks amazing.

Great so far!
It was easy to install with basic knowledge of installing electronic locks. I love the auto-lock feature and the added security features for preventing people from using fingerprints to discover your pin. Overall I'm extremely excited about this new lock and my husband won't have to hear me yelling about him leaving doors unlocked again! Modern look - impossible to conect
I bought this door lock but since then I cannot connect at all with any device. I saw many videos, all supposed to be very simple, but didn't work. I'm so frustrated.

On Website it claims to work with Alexia. Called customer service - NOT. Customer service just says it only works with z wave

Nice Smart lock - works with Ring
This smart lock works great and syncs with my Ring security system. It was pretty easy to install, just took a bit of manipulating to fit in the existing door and a bit of time to sync up with the wifi, etc. Once set up it worked well.

Beautiful lock
Lock installation straight forward, and finished installation in satin nickel looks beautiful. Instructions could be better on linking to Z-Wave, although finally got it working with Smart Things hub. Rekeying to match existing key was a breeze.
