Cheaply materials

The drill bit caught on the soft aluminum sheathing inside the guide and SHATTERED. for nearly $100 I would expect it to last for a while.

Worked exactly as advertised. Make sure you pick up more screws since the amount of screws they include are pretty minimal. The original set up will take a few minutes but after that things will go quickly.

Great product but kreg went cheap. I bought this years ago. I sent it to a relative for his wood shop. Bought a new one and there was not the plastic case. It was a cheap cardboard one that didn’t last. How much extra did that plastic one cost kreg? Really?!?!?
