As other reviews have mentioned, the the return policy does not allow for just returning the the defective part. The drill stopped working after about 2.5 years and I tried to get a warranty return. No store within 100 miles had it the kit and they would not exchange just the drill. No resolution
Stupid return policy
This was a warranty replacement for a bad battery. I had to return the whole kit because the battery was bad. I just wanted a replacement battery! It took four trips to the store to get it replaced. So stupid!
