I purchased this item because I'm a mail carrier thinking it might help. Used it for 2 days, on the 3rd day it popped and leaked all over my neck. I have since been dealing with a very red angry rash. Going to the dermatologist to get some relief, hopefully.

Small, simple, easy to clean, and it works. It’s not ice cold, but it cools you down pretty quick.

This is an absolute holiday saver if you are traveling to warm climates on vacation and a must if you work outside. I got these for my recent trip to the Caribbean. I purchased this item to stay cool while cutting lawns in 93 degree heat. It didn’t even make it twenty minutes before thawing. Not worth buying.
