Shockingly bad product. Needed to buy additional battery chargers to improve basic functionality. No product support. Look elsewhere for a portable power station.

Nice way to charge multiple batteries…

Very expensive but versatile. Nice way to charge multiple 40w batteries and also have portable power for camping.

Not worth the money

18 hours to charge the 2 batteries that come with it. Batteries start discharging as soon as you unplug it from charging. Lowes will not except it as a return once opened. I purchased it for storms, not dependable at all, should not be on your shelves if you know it's unreliable. Especially for $800 plus dollars

Batteries don’t stay charged very long at all

Terrible product

I purchased this new and bought an extra two batteries to extend the use time and battery. It took over 24 hours to charge. Then I removed the batteries as recommended, but when I tested it later that day batteries were at 80% already and only worked on a 1k watt range for 20 minutes.

Out of stock batteries

Product holds 4 batteries but only comes with 2. When ordering the additional batteries they are out of stock or unavailable. With 2 batteries the unit can only put out 60 % of output.

Poor battery life

This took 12 hours to charge and drained in 2 hours. I plugged fridge in for one hour- then plugged into Xmas tree and charged phones. In am- used to brew one pot of coffee and battery depleted. It came with 2 “double” for 2 of 4 slots and additional batteries couldn’t be found for purchase. The extremely long charging time and quick battery depletion make this purchase a dud!
