What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this shovel for its exceptional durability and heavy-duty construction, with the fiberglass handle consistently commended for strength and longevity that outperforms traditional wood. Many highlight the firm, grippy handle that performs well in wet conditions, foot steps for added leverage, and balanced design. Reviewers emphasize outstanding value and note the lifetime warranty as a major confidence booster. A few mention minor concerns like occasional brittleness or weight, but these are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction with performance and reliability.

The Kobalt fiberglass digging shovel is tough and super light! Great shovel

Poor quality
I ordered a “new” kobalt shovel that came with rust already on it and had been clearly used. Shameful for charging so much for a shovel.
It’s a freak’n shovel! It’s not a backhoe!
It’s a new shovel so it’s sharp on the point! The only thing negative is that it won’t dig a hole on it own! I left it next to the hole & when I returned after a 30 minute trip to the Royal Throne, the dirt hadn’t moved one bit! So I had to get up & dig the hole myself. Good toning I wasn’t digging a grave or the coyotes would have had a feast! The shovel has a label on the blade that says lifetime warranty but I’m sure I’ll forget all about that since after using the shovel once the label...
