Ok, first off let me say that ALL of my Tools are KOBALT brand. I have dozens of batteries, 8 chargers and more 24V tools (and hand tools) than i could count in a day. I obviously love the brand. 2 stars because the trimmer IS WORTHLESS
The trimmer head mechanism has never worked. The trimmer line is useless and breaks CONSTANTLY with normal use. WE'VE SPENT MORE THAN THE COMBO PRICE IN TRIMMER LINE ALONE in less than 3 years. Worst trimmer I ever purchase actually.
