Broken latch
Came part of a six piece tool set. The latch on the tool no longer locks. It’s unusable. Only used it once. Can’t return it. I have to return all six pieces for an exchange. Unfortunately they don’t offer that kit anymore so there is no exchange. I have to purchase some other kit they recommend craftsman. Explain why they can’t exchange the one broken tool.
Works well like expected.
It is a little heavy but does the job well. It matches well with my kobalt drill and impact so that was the primary reason for choosing it. Besides the weight - it does as good of a job as my wired one

scared to get another though
mine recently burned out after only 6 months of use. batteries began getting stuck on it also got very hot pieces of it begam falling out performed well otherwise. I recently bit the bullet and purchased the new generation oscillating tool. wish I could of got some help to replace it
Great Product - 24-volt Max Oscillating Tool
As a former store manager for Harbor Freight Tools the idea of a store-branded electrical tool was scary. But I took the plunge on a Kobalt (Lowes) impact driver last year and on this oscillating tool recently. The 24V battery/charger is conveniently interchangable with the impact driver (came w/ 2 batteries) and that lowers the cost for multi-24V-tool owners. It's sturdy and durable, a well-made tool that I think is excellent.
