This set has a great selection of sizes and two different spindles. I have used several times since purchasing and am well pleased at quality & performance. Also easy to remove "plug" with side slots.

The arbor is junk: entire set is useless now.

The hole saw screws onto the arbor. There is a knurled wheel under the hole saw that turns to raise two posts into slots at the base of the saw. It's a really good idea. . .except that the posts don't retract when you need to remove the saw: the saw remains stuck on the arbor and will NOT come off easily. Twice I had to lock the arbor in a vice to remove the hole saw. The second time I had to heat it with a torch to loosen the thing. . .which melted an o-ring I didn't know was there. Th...

Arbor for Birdhouse 'Harbors'

Would Recommend

Birdhouses require multiple sized entrances for different species. This kit cut perfect clean holes for 12 birdhouses so far. Can't wait for future projects! A very well made dependable tool.
