I bought this saw for a paver job that was between 2 driveways. The driveways needed to be parallel and 11' apart, so I had to trim a few inches off each driveway. Initially I was cutting fast, which over heated the battery. I learned to slow down. letting the weight of the saw do the work.

As a professional plumbing contractor who actually owns 8 assorted concrete saws including 2 cordless. I find these reviews bogus. Of the 10 present reviews 9 are incentives. all 9 , (5stars)are basically from homeowners who showed unboxing photos. the 1 legit, non incentive review is a (4star).

Easy to use powerhouse!

This saw is Heavy Duty! It's very easy to use and comes pre-charged. The blades were ready to install and came with the tool necessary to put it together. The battery is heavy but snaps in easily. Great saw

Cordless Power Cutter

This saw is lightweight and easy to handle. I could maneuver it for precise cuts a lot easier than when using a heavy gas saw. It has a lot more power than I expected. The saw had enough power to cut a 16" x 20" slab section for a basement bathroom remodel. It was nice to use the saw inside without the fumes. Kobalt flagship does not disappoint!

I absolutley love this saw!! I watched my contractor use a similar saw when installing my patio last year and I had wanted one ever since. Battery powered was a must for me as I won't use it often enough to maintain a carbureted engine, plus it is much quieter (except when actively cutting). The 80V battery works with my other Kobalt tools which is a huge plus (has 50% more capacity than my Kobalt push mower, lol). Great battery powered saw

Great saw! It has a very quiet motor, it is a lot lighter than standard concrete saws, the safety controls are great, the light is really bright and you have the option to turn it off if you don’t want it on. Cut through rebar well. Hard to believe it’s battery powered!

Concrete saw

The Kobalt 12in cordless concrete saw was easy to assemble. It comes with directions that are easy to follow. Some ideal features are the water hose connection, which is essential when cutting to avoid burning or melting materials and the 90 mins long lasting battery charge. Great quality saw!

Well Made, Nice Features, Cuts Like Butter

This is a fantastic saw. It cuts through concrete like butter and is well make. I love having a battery operated saw vs. a corded one. And, with this one specifically, you don’t feel like you’re sacrificing power for portability. This thing has more than enough power to get the job done! Excellent Tool

What a powerful machine! I used it for the entirety of the kitchen reno project. I replaced the tile in about 1000 sq ft of of my house. This machine, although designed for cement, cut tile precisely and without much effort on my part. I love the straight and smoothe edges it created.
