Horrible service
Absolutely horrible customer service on the part of Lowe's because some of this order was supposed to come with free items and they didn't have them in stock so they canceled it I sent a review into Lowe's asking for help politely and nicely and got nothing back in 2 and 1/2 weeks no response except for a thank you we're working on your problem and have not been told a single word about how they're going to rectify this situation

This bag feels very durable. The zippers are very smooth and there are plenty of pockets for everything that I need to carry. I really appreciate that there is room under the pockets in the main compartment, that’s where I place my drill and batteries. I couldn’t be happier with this bag.
