Don't wait to buy
I don't know why I didn't buy this before. It helped greatly with keeping the screws on the screwdriver, especially when I'm using it over my head. It's so easy to use and it's small. You can magnetize and de-magnetize fast.
To use they should hold the yellow end.
They look real good in my tool box!
