Arm Range Too Small

Would Not Recommend

Spring-loaded arm has too small a range. With full roll of p-towels, works fine. But, as roll shrinks, the arm doesn't touch at all. Faulty design. And, the arm is too brittle to bend, to correct the defect. [I had hoped that, with an exposed spring, it could be maintained better than the Oxo, which has the spring in the base, where it cannot be accessed.]
