Carful how you pick it up.

The air conditioner is great . I did have an issue with the condition it came in, when we were unloading it we picked to box up and the airconditioner fell out , we were able to catch it . There was damage to the back of it so now it dosent look as nice as it should hanging out the window.

We got this large window unit to help our central ac keep up in the dog days of summer. it was to replace an older, less btu unit that got ruined. Well this keystone unit doesn't help at all. it doesn't even cool the small bedroom that it is placed in. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. we'd been better off buying used rather than this new unit.
