I’m not a huge fan of that component. We did love the smart feature it offers. It was not too loud either.

Much bigger than anticipated

Love ac/heater

Keeps it cool and not too loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for a review. I really do like this portable AC. It cooled our room and it wasn’t too loud. It was pretty easy to install. The one thing I wish was that the exhaust vent wasn’t so bulky.

Re work review

I called customer service and was told that the heat would not work if temp outside was lower than 41 degrees. I moved the intake inside and got it to work fine.

Portable high performance and quiet

AMAZING SYSTEM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box that came is HUGE! Make sure you have a good amount of space in your living space to put this! It is very strong! It does both heating and cooling as well as dehumidifying! A room warms/cools fairly quickly and it is AMAZING

Heat will not work

I could not get the heat function to work on this product. I called the manufacturer, They said that heat doesn't work if outside temp is below 41 degrees. I don't need a heater that only works when its warm.
