It doubles as a towel bar

In place of a towel bar, I've had this 18" grab bar installed. It looks great and provides an extra bit of security should anyone start to slip in the tub. I've had the matching 12" grab bar installed vertically at the head of the tub. I'm very pleased with the way these look.

Great look and worked as it should..

Remodeled my guest bathroom for my mom to visit. She has a cane now and I wanted to make showering easier. She really used it to maintain confidence that she could remain stable in the shower. I am very happy that I purchased this particular grab bar by Kohler. It was the perfect size and has the sleek look I was looking for. Thanks

It comes with the hardware to set it up. I have never done this type of thing on my own. So if I could do it, most people could too!

Nice and sturdy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just completed our bathroom renovation with a new soaker tub. Getting in and out is easy now, but at age 65 I am practical enough to recognize that my mobility may become more difficult in the future. Installing a good strong grab bar now made good sense. Even though I don't "NEED" to use it, I find myself reaching for the bar every time, because it's just the right placement to assist at any age.
