One of the best purchases I’ve ever made

I’m not the type of person who would usually leave a review , or the type of person who would shell out this type of cash on a toilet, but here we are. Couldn’t recommend this enough. I’m wondering how many more of these I can convince my wife to let me buy/my bank account will allow for.

Great product, but how do you get it serviced?

We like this toilet. The aesthetic, functionality, and automation are really great. Most recently, however, the bidet stopped working. I believe something must have broken near the base of the sprayer, because there is water that mists out from the base, getting you rear wet when sitting. It seems to be quite challenging to find a plumber who knows anything about the product to repair it, so at the moment I have a very expensive “regular” toilet.

Programming features are like programming an 80’s calculator

I bought the product about 5 months ago. The auto open stopped working about a month in, I’ve tried to reprogram it to work but it just doesn’t work. Also the programming functionality is like programming a calculator from the 80’s. Hold this button, wait for a short beep and three light blinks and then hold some other button for a long beep and two blinks. It’s insane, it has a led remote so why not have a settings panel. Smh for the money just buy a Japanese one with decent programming.

So totally worth it!

I have had the Kohler Karang now for 6 months and every time I use it I honestly say "how in the world did I live without this!!" Incredible in every possible way. I just love all the features and am in the process of replacing the other 2 toilets in my house with Kohler Smart toilets.

Beautiful toilet but flawed...need help

I own three Bidets. A Kohler Karing 2.0, Kohler Jaro, and Toto bidet. The Kohler's are new, about Two months old. Never have a problem with the Jaro. Never had a problem with my toto and it's old. The Karing....keeps acting weird. Sometimes flushing multiple times for no reason. And every few days it's stops flushing. The button stops responding on the remote and the toilet....and beeps one time A power reset fixes it for a few days ...then again. This should not be happening on a brand new...

Cool idea - does not work

Installed fairly easily. Will only flush when I unplug it and plug it back in, then it flushes multiple times and then never again. Calling Kohler in the morning. Seems like the reviews on this are accurate. I have a Kohler Jaro and it works fine, this fancier one - not so much. Too many people complain about this not working to risk all the work to put it in have have it not work. I would avoid this.

Sleek smart and beautiful. Yes really!
