great tasting water and easy to install
we've had this system for 5 yrs now and it works very well with our Kraus builtin filtered water spout. The system was easy to install and the cartridges are easy to replace. the water tastes great and the flow for a designated spigot is super. too bad they stopped their cartridge recycling program
Kills water pressure and flow rate
Thought having an undercounter filter would be a great addition to my redone kitchen. Unfortunately will need to uninstall as the flow rate on the filtered (cold) side is 25 or 30% of what it was prior to installation. Just not practical or acceptable.

Water Tastes Good
I bought this to replace a Koehler model that’s no longer available. I do like it very much; however, the prior model offered higher-end cartridges that are no longer available. The best part for me is the removal of chlorine, which is high in my area.

Its ok, but.........
I like the way my water isn't cloudy, but they need to make the hose a little bigger, when I cut my water in cold the pressure is very low due to the water line hose being so small that comes with it.

Poor Filter Flow
After installation, the filter system worked great, but after a week the flow slowed down and is now a trickle. The filter is suppose to last over 5 months, but this one did not make it two weeks. The water source is not a problem, so suspect the filter an issue.

Easy to use and gives peace of mind
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation of this filtration system was super easy and I was able to do it quickly by myself. Swapping the cartridge is very simple as well. I installed this when I had a newborn and it has made me feel much better about using filtered tap water for my daughter throughout her life.
