I am in the process of converting a basement room into a workout area. Previously, the walls had been painted with a product that had inadequate coverage. I used "Kilz Hide-All" to prime the walls. It fully coated and filled in the rough surface of the concrete walls. It left them ready for the top coat. It is a good product. If you purchase it, be forewarned that it is "thick". Saying that, I had no problems applying it with a brush. P.S. I ran out of Hide-All and had to purchase Kilz Hide-All ...
