[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with product. Needed 1 coat to cover basement cinderblock wall that was painted by a previous owner. I was under a tight schedule as we were also getting glass block windows in the following week. Very happy I could open the old windows for ventilation. Went on easily with a roller, and followed with a brush in some spots.

Good Primer to lock-in and cover older paint.
