What Customers Are Saying
The clamps are described as high-quality, durable, and reliable, with impressive clamping power, stiff construction, and smooth operation. Reviewers noted the clamps' ability to apply even pressure and keep surfaces flat during glue-ups. While a few had issues with newer clamps, the majority were extremely satisfied with the long-lasting performance and dependability of these industrial-grade tools.

Really hardcore and sturdy clamp system. A must buy for woodworkers. Though they are not the square/parallel clamps that Jorgensen sells, they are just as good.
why are they discontinued?

Fantastic Clamp!
Originally I purchased one clamp to see how I liked it. Loved it, so I bought 4 more. Out of the 5 I have only had one break on me. The little ball at the end that prevents the moving side of the clamp came off or something and the clamp fell apart. I was able to put it back together but the spring is now missing. Other than that I absolutely love these clamps!

Don't buy this
They arrived in bad shape; the boxes had holes where the I beams poked through. Cheaply made, on several Ibeams the pinon rack was almost smooth and the clamp would not catch. The beams are made with cheap materials they flex and whatever they coated it with was already flaking off over where. When I returned them I got screwed out of freight shipping both ways. I'm done supporting Grizzly. Deanna

Not as good as they used to be
We have been using Jorgensen clamps in our welding department for as long as i can remember. I used to have to replace 1 or 2 every couple of years. Now we are replacing 1 or 2 every couple months. The older ones are definitely more durable seems since they switched to the nickel plated I bar we are having durability problems. Often the Acme threaded hole strips out and the pin breaks that fixes the Acme threaded shaft to the foot. We are making them work by replacing the acme threaded shaft a...

Solidly built but not indestructible
Used several of these on a big job and they do eventually fail....as seen in the picture. We used them to secure I-beam prior to welding in place and the acme screw comes undone from the foot and then you can't tighten or loosen the clamp with any kind of load on it (it just binds up). Well made and we probably we abusing them but they will eventually fail.

Very strong clamp
I tried the 600# force clamp and did not move the steel like this one did with 7,000# force. Great product!
Great Clamp, Strong and Durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with all Jorgensen products there's no exception to quality of these clamps. Stiff construction, great tolerances, smooth operation and a strong holding power is what you'll get here. Cannot go wrong!

Great Product
As an owner of a cabinet Manufacturing company, these clamps are great. I have over 50 of them in various lengths. I don't know what I would do without them.

My go to clamps for glue ups.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a professional woodworker for nearly 40 years. The Jorgensen industrial steel bar clamps are what I’ve used throughout the years. Great for large tabletop glue ups or for clamping casework or doors. The I- beams help to ensure a flat glue up every time. Once bought they will last for decades of regular use. Well worth the investment. You can never have enough clamps, although my my wife would beg to differ.
