Base has cracked. Seat too small

The base where it sits on the floor has cracked on both front corners, about 6" The seat that came on the toilet is way smaller than the bowl so it looks like they put the wrong seat with toilet, like other reviews mentioned. I contacted Jacuzzi, no help. Lowes no longer have these in stock. There should be a recall on a toilet that cracks like that.

Cracked tank

toilet is fine but the tank has started to crack, I am afraid it will crack all the way soon. I'd like a new tank. It appears others have had same problem.

Cracked tank - only lasted about 2 years

Toilet installed mid-2018. Looks great. Seat does slide a bit. However, the issue is the tank cracked after about 2 years. Not sure if the contractor bought this one or the one with the 5-year warranty. So we just patched it and was fine. Now another crack out of nowhere. Can't replace this one and can't even find a tank for it which I would think would be available from the manufacturer if there are flawed parts like this tank. Poor Quality Materials

Purchased this toilet April 21, 2018 for my master bathroom. Noticed two days ago the tank was cracked from the top to the bottom and leaking water on my floor. In addition the seat does not stay in place and constantly has to be adjusted. Obviously the warranty is up and did not expect to have to purchase toilet in just 3 years. I suggest you do not purchase this brand.

crack in the tank flooded my bathroom would not recommend buying toilet made my Jacuzzi, i bought this product on 06/23/2018 at Lowes for $168.64 Invoice#75146 totally waste of my money

Not a good buy-bad quality and design

Had it less then two years- the entire tank cracked overnight flooding my bathroom. I am not a month in fighting with their customer service dept. Do not recommend this at all...

Terrible Toilet

Have had the toilet for over a year now and have been unhappy with the cheap seat that slides all over, and the tank lid that just sits on top. Next it started running all the time but before I could replace the guts we noticed a hairline fracture in the top left of the tank. Next day come in to find the other side of the tank has cracked and leaking water. Now I need to replace the entire toilet, and if you try to call Jacuzzi customer service number listed inside it goes straight to voicemail ...

Poor Quality

We purchased the Lauren in December 2017 to replace a competitive product with which we were unhappy. It is now January 2019 and the tank has a very large crack from top to bottom. It is, of course, useless and requires replacement. When I called Jacuzzi customer service I was told it has only a one year warranty and is outsourced to a private labeler. No repair part was offered. I must now replace a toilet that is no longer carried by Lowe’s.

Have to agree with Tom and Jim and Truthbetold as above: 1. Toilet seats too small for bowl rim and cheap plastic. Had to repkace immediately. 2. Tank top does NOT fit the tank and is not properly seated on rim. 3. Not strong enough to flush waste down. We bought 2 and are very disappointed. On the plus side the toilet looks good. It's like meeting an attractive woman but as soon as she starts talking you know she won't work.
