I love the drop-in idea... but, ...

I love the drop-in idea... but, the back is unfinished and the overflow drain cap looks and fits rather cheaply... Overall, I love the profile and it fits my application.

The glaze only covered three sides

I purchased this because I wanted a vessel like sink without the full height. This sink met my needs because is a "partial drop-in." This means about 2" sits above. The problem? The back of the sink was not glazed. This means if you look from the front or the sides, it looks fine. However, If you look at the reflection in the mirror, back is not glazed and looks unfinished

Not finished on back

Good unless like us you have a mirror that sits behind it and reflects the fact that they did not color or glaze the back section of the sink. Makes sense if it’s against the wall but not good with mirror behind.

Needed a little touch up.

As others have noted it's not finished in the back. I addressed that by painting with some automotive gloss acrylic enamel spray paint. I also painted the overflow cap the same gloss white. Don't know how it will hold up but Krylon makes a sink and tub spray paint as another paint option. Looks great, even though I can still see the saw tooth pattern on the back reflected in the mirror.

Great sink

Great heavy duty ceramic sink. Excellent in the bathroom.

Solid sink option

We picked up this sink for a vanity we built. It is built well and will hold up well. The dimensions of this sink worked great for our half bath. Would buy again

Excellent product that looks great. Just don't know what this item was priced differently at various Lowes in the area.... ($99 and $104)
