J-B Weld ExtremeHeat High-Temp Muffler Cement Paste (3 oz) is a metallic, water-based epoxy paste designed to repair and fill cracks, seams and holes in metal components exposed to extreme heat. Formulated for iron, steel and other metal surfaces, it withstands very high temperatures (up to 2400°F / 1300°C) and provides a high-strength bond with a holding power of 800 psi. Use it on exhaust manifolds, mufflers, pipe connections, catalytic converters, outdoor grills, fireboxes, furnaces and water heaters, as well as general automotive metal repairs. The paste sets in about 1 hour and reaches functional cure in 24 hours; once fully cured it can be drilled, machined or sanded. Non-flammable, solvent- and VOC-free. Made in USA.
